Shipping
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and holidays ship the next business day.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order at any time by logging into My Account.
Large or Oversized Items
Some items such as exhaust systems, fenders, and seats may require freight shipping due to size or weight. If this applies to your order, we will contact you with options before shipping.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at the time of order.
Returns & Exchanges
New Parts — 30-Day Return Policy
New, unused parts in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return and we will send you a return shipping label.
- Item must be in original, uninstalled condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return
Used Parts
Used parts are sold as-is and are generally not eligible for return. However, if a used part was materially misrepresented in the listing — wrong part, undisclosed damage, or non-functional — we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Electrical parts (once installed or tested)
- Special-order or custom parts
- Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
Wrong or Damaged Item
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will ship the correct item or issue a full refund immediately — no hassle.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Store credit is also available if preferred.
